| Clarification | This AMENDED REPORT is filed to correct entries which were incorrectly shown due to a corrupted computer file in the computer from which the report was sent. While the validation page showed the numbers on the correct linewhen printed out the figures on the D-2 were placed on the wrong lines. The computer was re-programed with the compact disk and the numbers then appeared correctly on the printed out D-2. This report is made to make certain that the numbers are shown correctly on the form D-2 as they were on the validation page. |
