| Clarification | I previously filed a written report because of computer problems. I recently received a notice to file electronically and another which notified me of a mathematical error on the D-2 Section A Part 1. I also noted that I did not 'zero' out my balance which I intended to do. Hopefully this will correct and take care of everything. |
