| Clarification | Note 1: The amount reported on our last report (Pre-Election Report) listed 'Cash Available at the Beginning of Reporting Period' as $7484.98 but on this report it is listed as $8494.98. The discrepancy lies with a donation that was made to Citizens for Mitchell. A Check was written to this committee in October 2003 for $1000. This check was lost in the mail and we voided it out this spring thus the change in the 'Cash available...' balance. Note 2: Funds available at the close of the reporting period shows a negative balance of 468.29. The account has since been put in good standing with a deposit in early July of $4000 (funds taken from the $10000 investment). |
