| Clarification | Per a phone conversation with Tom Newman on 4/6/05 Developmental Services Center (DSC) fits the criteria for NOT filing reports with the State Board of Elections. DSC does not accept political contributions and has never registered under the Lobbyist Registration Act. The negative balance on the 7/1/04-12/31/04 semi-annual report was caused by payment of expenditures from general operating funds and the absence of political contributions. Per Tom we are filing a final report to rectify the situation. |
