| Clarification | Explanation of media buys (5) through Adelstein & Associates on 9/30/04 all airing 10/4 - 10/17/04: Forby tv buy for National Cable Communications ($20250) and production ($5000); Grunloh radio buy for WCRA-AM ($459) WCRC-FM ($894) WFIW-AM ($824) WGBF-AM ($856) WIKK-FM ($682) WKJT-FM ($440) WMCL-AM ($551) WNOI-FM ($523) WRUL-FM ($600) WVLN-AM ($682) WXEF-FM ($520) WXET-FM ($360) and WYNG-FM ($600) for $7991.10 total radio buy and production ($2000); Ryg tv buy for Comcast Spotlight Illinois ($19680) and production ($5000); Slone tv buy for National Cable Communications ($20000) and production ($5000); and Welch radio buy for WCMY-AM ($576) WCSJ-FM ($974) WGFA-AM/FM ($1350) WJEZ-FM ($612) WJOL ($1050) WKAN-AM ($864) WLPO-AM ($847) WRXQ ($1020) and WZOE-AM ($720) for a total of $8013.48 and production ($2000). Explanation of amended report: Due to an error in IFT's accounting department two receipts on our initial pre-election report ($59734.70 from AFT Solidarity Fund and $1343.00 from American Federation of Teachers) were received by the IFT but were never transferred to our PAC account (IFT COPE). At no time did IFT COPE have access to these funds. Once the error was realized on 1/10/05 the accounting department made the actual transfer which will be reported on the appropriate D-2. |
