| Clarification | NTRO was recently informed that, due to a property value reassessment in the second quarter, the value of this In-Kind donation was reduced from $1100/month, to $1000/month. Consequently, the April, May, June and July 2011 In-Kind Donations from the Marquette WaterStreet/Webster Street District Development Corporation needed to be changed from $1099 to $999 (note that NTRO's share of the rent is $1 and that explains the variance why the In-Kind donation is always $1 less than the rent value). Until further notice, $999 will be the monthly In-Kind that will be recorded in IDIS on behalf of NTRO. |
