| Clarification | ISBE letter requesting all of the vendors from whom individuals were reimbursed by one check. Initially, I went in and identified this information for all three of the individuals (Joyce Fisher, Melissa Evans, Julie Evans) and identified the fourth individual properlty as a business (Tom Belt). I emailed Kim Mrozowski all of this information and cc'd John Levin as well as my Central Committee Chairman with the information and the method I used to correct the action. I was not prompted to make an amendment. No one from ISBE responded to my email to instruct me further. I assumed (incorrectly) that I had answered the inquiry to the ISBE's satisfaction. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I was contacted by my Chairman just hours ago telling me that a letter had been received and that ISBE was looking for an amendment. I have done my VERY BEST to accomodate and present all of the information requested. I have called and left voice mail messages for everyone involved and followed with emails. I hope this satisfactorily resolves any problems. I don't know why a first quarter report must be amended, since NO CHANGES were made. The only checks were written in the second quarter. PLEASE CONTACT ME AT 618-340-6021 if you have ANY questions about this. I want everything to be correct and for the ISBE to be satisfied. |
