| Clarification | February 22, 2012 Illinois State Board of Elections 1020 South Spring Street Springfield, IL 62704 Re: FID660 International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150 State, County and Local Area PAC Amended Quarterly D-2 Report for Period Ending December 31, 2011 To Whom It May Concern: We had previously submitted our D-2 report for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 on January 17, 2012. This report listed itemized individual receipts under other receipts. Our Political Action Committee software vendor has now corrected this issue; therefore itemized individual receipts are now listed correctly as such on the D-2 report, Schedule A, Section 1. Please accept our amended D-2 quarterly report for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as submitted today February 22, 2012. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
