| Clarification | THIS IS A REFILING OF ALL PREVIOUSLY FILED REPORTS. Due to a computer crash, the committee's records of its previous disclosures were lost. Upon re-entering the previous disclosures into IDIS on a different computer, the program communicated that reports for all of them were due now, despite having been previously filed. This refiling is also to electronically resubmit the most recent loan received of $4000 on 3/9/12, filed via facsimile on 3/11/12 at 6:56 PM. It was originally filed in good faith via facsimile due to reinstallation and transmission problems with the e-filing software, for which there was no assistance from ISBOE available at the time as the report had to be filed on a weekend and ISBOE's offices were closed. |
