| Clarification | I did the report on 7-2-12 at 404pm and the confirmation number was 467494. I printed a copy of the report and it was correct. When I saw an amendment was requested I pulled up the report and the receipt that was reflected on my printed copy was not there. I looked in my listed receipts and after seeing that it was not there I re-did the recipt and amended the report. |
