| Clarification | Removed an unitemized receipt (200 Club) for $1200.00 and amended a second (Jamboree Income) for $1050.00 to $880.46. In our transition of treasurers, several receipts were duplicated, causing our funds available to be $1369.54 higher than it should have been. The error was just discovered while finishing the report for 7/1-9/30, and we extend our sincere apologies for the mistake. We request that no action be taken, as the error can be fully attributed to miscommunication between our past and current treasurers. |
