| Clarification | Amended quarterly report 10/1/2012-12/31/2012 was amended because the PAC was reimbursed for for a meeting it was not suppose to pay for. Per discussion with John Levon I was suppose to list the reimbursement as reimbursement and no A-1 report was needed, but when I entered the reimbursement into the system an A-1 report was required because of the amount of the reimbursement. |
