| Clarification | Expenditures for Price Miner Creative Strategies from 10/03/2012 to 11/29/2012 were deleted and in its place expenditures were added for each media outlet that was used and also one expenditure was entered for production costs for Price Miner that covered that same period. Also, a loan receipt from Judy Cates for $2,396.00 on 10/17/2012 was deleted. This loan was given to cover fee for Price Miner media production. This was done in error. Money was never paid to Price Miner and there was no media used in this particular case. It was only a bid that Price Miner had submitted to the committee. |
