ClarificationA correction on the June 30th report prompted amendments for both the June 30th and Sep 30th quarterly reports. The correction was a change in date of contribution from an individual from 5/17/13 to 6/17/13. So the Sep 30 report is not affected but am filing in response to the software prompt.
