| Clarification | Check: 16883 was written in error to Rock Island County Democratic Central Committee on 3/3/14 for $250 in error. The check was reported lost by one of our affiliates and it was voided on our records (books). After the 1st quarter report was filed, it was determined that the check had been cashed by the payee on the check which meant that the check had to be un-voided on our records and amend the 1st quarter report for accurate compliance with the state regulations. We have since requested that the $250 be returned and assuming it does get returned, we will report the $250 as a refund in the 2nd quarter. |
