| Clarification | This is being filed late because the figure of $5000 was originally included in the D-1 that we filed on January 1, 2014. We had mistakenly thought that since the $5000 contribution triggered us over the $5000 threshold, that it was not to be included as a contribution. I have since spoken with Michael Crowley and gotten clarification on this. |
