| Clarification | I had completed the original D2 for the 1st quarter of 2015 (1/1/15-3/31/15) and was ready to file it on 4/15/15. However, when attempting to file the D2, the electronic filing system (IDIS 3.0) prompted me to file an Amended D2 for the 4th quarter of 2014. I later discovered that the amendment was due to the fact that the amount for non-itemized individual contributions for the 2014 4th quarter was incorrectly edited from $2,154.00 to $2,064.00. The mistaken change to the 2014 4th quarter non-itemized individual contribution amount delayed the filing of the D2 for the 1st quarter of 2015 as IDIS 3.0 would not allow me to file it until I filed the amendment to the D2 for the 4th quarter of 2014. After I could not find the error that prompted the amendment, I filed the incorrectly Amended D2 for the 4th quarter of 2014. I was then able to file the D2 for the 1st quarter of 2015. However, the D2 for the 1st quarter of 2015 was also filed in error as the Amended D2 for the 4th quarter of 2014 had incorrectly changed the cash available amount for the beginning and end of the 2015 1st quarter reporting period. I subsequently found the error, changed the non-itemized individual contributions for the 2014 4th quarter to its original and correct amount of $2,154.00, and filed the Second Amended D2 for the 4th quarter of 2014 to correct the mistake. This Amended D2 for the 1st quarter of 2015 is filed to correct the cash available amount for the beginning and end of the 2015 1st quarter reporting period. |
