Clarification	On Jan. 7th we thought our committee filed its last report and closed its books. Recently, we were notified we hadn't filed our latest report because there was a balance left. We were completely stunned to learn the committee wasn't closed and went back to look thoroughly through our books. We noticed that a check received we inputted under the wrong date and had an expense that wasn't included. We found our mistakes and corrected them. We were unaware of any wrong doing and honestly thought the committee was closed. We apologize for the error and made the corrected amendments.
