Clarification	On January 7th we thought we closed out the committee. We didn't realize it was done incorrectly and never went through. We were then notified that the committee was still open due to an error in our receipts (wrong date was inputted on check received on accident) and that there was an expense missing. After reviewing our records we realized our errors and corrected them accordingly. We honestly thought the committee was closed. It was an accidental error which we are trying to make right.
