| Clarification | Section A Line 1.a An extraneous receipt of $295 from the Madison County Republican Central Committee on 11/23/16 was deleted. A reported correction in the amount deposited into the bank account ($260 vice $295) was incorrectly misunderstood by the Treasurer to be an additional deposit resulting in a report of two receipts when in fact there was only one. Section B Line 8.b. An $18.80 expenditure to the USPS for postage on 12/3/16 was not reported. A $45.55 One Time Lump Sum Correction was added on 12//31/16 to correct a discrepancy between the committee's actual checking account balance and the funds available at the end of the reporting period on the original quarterly report. This correction was done under the advisement of the ISBE. |
