| Clarification | This amended report breaks down the amount spent for television advertising at four stations: WAND, WCIA, WICS and WRSP. The original D2 reported all television advertising expenses as going to Strategic Media Services, which received a commission for placing the ads. This amended report shows the actual commission expenses paid to Strategic Media Services, and the actual amounts spent at four television stations on four different dates for each. The campaign was advised by the State Board of Elections to provide this additional information after the D2 was filed. This amended return does not change the total amount spent by the committee in the fourth quarter of 2016. |
