| Clarification | In preparing the original report, I failed to include a deposit because I had no record of it as the bank statements are sent to the Party Chair and were not available to me when it came time to file. After receiving the statements, I found my error and it is reflected in this report. On the expenditures, we had a lost check and it was not until I received the bank statements that I discovered it had been lost and incorrectly recorded as one sum when it was in fact a greater amount. That has now been corrected and our report balances with our bank statements. |
