| Clarification | Date amended per recommendation of hearing officer, as instructed in the copy of email below. In Kind notification was received by email on 11/5/16, however the date on the in kind letter was 11/5/2016. That is the reason it was originally filed with 11/1/2016 date: COPY OF EMAIL/ I am the hearing officer assigned in Case No. 17 AD 062 � the State Board of Elections vs. Friends of Fran Hurley (Committee 23955-03). In light of your affidavit, I will be able to recommend the Board waive the committee�s fine for the delinquent A-1 filed on 11/5/16 reporting the In Kind donation from the Democratic Party of Illinois in the amount of #4,636.65. HOWEVER, the committee must first amend its December 2016 Quarterly Report to attach a date of 11/5/16 (as opposed to 11/1/16) to the donation in question. Please do so at your earliest convenience.
