Clarification	The original starting balance of 783.38 was not recorded on the report. After speaking with the State Board of Elections I learned the creation date of the committee was 4/1/2016 with 783.38 as the starting amount, but the reports on the IDIS 3.0 site were not updated. This amendment is to update the original D-2 to reflect the starting balance at the date of the creation of the committee.
