| Clarification | Dear Committee: Pursuant to a change in the Rules accompanying the Illinois Campaign Finance Act, we now require committees reporting itemized In Kind contributions to identify the actual dates of the donations in the description/purpose window. (Each Itemized In Kind will now feature both dates of receipt and dates of notification). Accordingly, we need you to file another amended March 2018 Quarterly Report that identifies the actual dates of receipt for each itemized In Kind. I should also note that, using the IDIS 3 system, you will need to temporarily change the amount of one of the In Kinds to trigger an amended report. Once you have done that, change the amount back to its original (accurate) amount and upload the amended report once the receipt dates for all itemized In Kinds have been added.
