ClarificationIn the description box, I changed the In Kind Contributions to identify the actual dates the items were received - per the direction of Mr. John Levin in an email dated April 17th. I also made a correction on two $500 March 30th receipts. Lindell and Vickie Johnson were in the IDIS system as one entity instead of 2 separate people. Both are reflected on Schedule A.
