| Clarification | The D-2 report was amended as a requirement of the IDIS system. One transaction reported last quarter was missing from the IDIS system this quarter, although it is unclear why. This generated a need to file an amendment within IDIS. We have since re-entered that transaction, so the amended report now matches the initial report exactly; however IDIS is still requiring an amended report is filed before we are able to submit the current quarterly D-2 report. |
