| Clarification | The staff person responsible for running the pac reports left and did not train the following person accordingly. We found when doing an intense internal audit that two staffers were compensated for small percentages of their time and were not noted in the original report. Another expense was off by $9 and was not originally noted as being paid on 3.13.18 but was really paid on 4.2.18 |
