| Clarification | Upon review of my records, I discovered that I failed to report a $1200 expenditure during this 4/1/19-6/30/19 reporting period. The change is reflected in Section B of this amended report. In an amendment of the quarterly report of 7/1/2017-9/30/2017 there was a $350 expenditure amendment. Therefore Section D of this report is $1550 less than originally reported. |
