| Clarification | On 03/31/2020 a bank deposit was made by the Republican Women of St Clair County Treasurer. The bank deposit was for $73.00 but was recorded as $100.00 on the working spreadsheet. As Treasurer, I made this deposit and our records contain the original (actual) bank deposit receipt clearly showing a total deposited of $73.00 and not $100.00 due to a member reducing her cash donation amount at the 03/02/2020 meeting of which I was unaware. I am processing this Amendment on 07/10/2020. Our original records are available to support this inadvertent amendment as only $73.00 was received for deposit. Deborah P.
