| Clarification | The Committee accidentally filed a second A-1 report on 1/15/20 for two $1,000 contributions for which an A-1 report had already been filed on 1/3/20. This second A-1 on 1/15/20 resulted in a fine for late reporting of $1,000 contributions. This fine was appealed and the appeal was granted on 5/17/2021 (Case #20-AD 029) with the instruction that an Amendment be filed to delete the two contributions on the erroniously-filed A-1 on 1/15/20. This change has affected all of our subsequent D-2 reports, which is why this Amendment is being filed. |
