| Clarification | The obligation for Google of $500 and Sage Media of $5000 were entered, but not incurred. There was an error on our part. Those expenses had all ready been paid. After, reaching out to vendors we were told that amount due was not on their records. We had paid all invoices and no amount due was pending. As a result we need to amend out quarterly reports. |
