Clarification	Upon a review of the campaign funds in preparation of the final report, we realized there were credit card charges to the candidates personal credit card that hadn't been previously recorded on the quarterly reports. Consequently, some A-1's were not timely filed. The candidate paid the credit card bill personally. In hindsight, we should have deposited the money into the campaign checking account and in turn paid the cc bill using campaign funds. This was an honest mistake on our part. We would appreciate some mercy in your assessment of the fines related to the late A-1 filings. We discussed this mistake with Jason on 11/29/2022 and promptly filed the amendments.
