Clarification	D-2 Section A was amended because the candidate purchased office supplies without the knowledge of the office manager. Therefore, the office manager was able to pass on the purchase's amounts to the right person for them to be filed. It was realized purchases was made when the schedule was out of balance and talking with the candidate about it, at that time, he remembered the purchases.
