| Clarification | We created this committee for transparency on donations/expenditures for running for D89 school board. Since our previous filing, we have accepted no dentations or incurred any expenses. Our filing is late due solely to not comprehending a need to further do so or to shut down the committee post election. There was/is no intent to move forward with this committee in any capacity. Per my conversation with Dir. of Campaign Disclosure Tom Newman, it is my intent to 1) file the Q2 report that reflects no further activity, 2) shut down the committee, and 3) provide a written letter to his office outlining this situation.
