| Clarification | When I took over as treasurer, I received monthly receipts from Act Blue. One was $9.60 and the other $19.40. I began entering them as "Act Blue." In getting help from IBOE I was told that those should be entered under the name of the giver. I did not get access to the website where that information was. I finally got the web master of our committee to tell me that the two amounts were from Lee Trotter and Polly Radosh. I began to enter them as such. Today I worked on my records and went back to fill in names where I could. They are all done except the ones I deposited together as $29.00. I will have to figure that out. This should not change the D2 form. I only changed names. |
