| Clarification | The D2 Section, for Q4 2025, that was Amended is Section A-Receipts. The Itemized individual contributions were originally reported as $27,319. In the amended report that amount is now $26,469, a difference of minus $850. The non-itemized contributions were originally reported at $74,986.70. In the amended report that amount is now $73,371.70, a difference of minus $1,615. There were 4 itemized checks totaling $850 and a non-itemized checks amount of $1,650 recorded in Quickbooks on 12/16/25. However, the SUAAction office was under renovation at the time and, though the information could be recorded into Quickbooks, the checks were unable to be deposited remotely in the SUAAction office. Those checks were not able to be deposited until today, January 14, 2026. The Amended form is to reflect that $850 of itemized contributions and $1,615 of non-itemized contributions, a total of $2,465, should not have been originally reported in the Q4 of 2025 D2 report. |
