A review of bank deposits done in January 2012 confirmed that no check has been received from Mr. Gifford. Line 10 is amended to include outstanding loans as of 7/1/2011 of $24,100. In migrating file to new computer, data prior to 7/1/2010 was lost, and outstanding loan was reported as $0 as of 12/31/2010 & 7/1/2011. |
