Clarification	In the originally filed D-2 for the 4th quarter of 2011, we followed the instructions of a SBE staffer who instructed us to make a refund of the amount in excess and report the net in-kind contributions as the amount net of the refund. Now Director of Disclosure Sharon Steward advises that we should have reported the stated in-kind evaluation by the donors. Ms. Steward further advises that the refunds made to bring the donors' contributions under the cap should be reported as expenditures. That, we have done by this amended D-2. This amendment does not change the funds balance brought forward on January 1, 2012.
