Clarification	REASON FOR FIRST AMENDMENT ON 7/14/14: I am a newly elected Treasurer and I am new to this type of reporting. I accidentally filed our 2nd quarterly report on 7/9/14 when I had not yet finished posting all of the revenue and expenses for the period. As soon as the system became available again, and prior to the 7/15/14 filing deadline for 2nd quarter, I went back into the IDIS3 system, completed the Income and Expense posting entries and re-filed Form D-2. REASON FOR SECOND AMENDMENT ON 7/15/14: When I read my printed amended report of 7/14/14, I saw that the value of our investment C.D. is obsolete. I had not attended to that detail when I amended 7/14/14. Today, when the system opened up again for me to adjust our reporting figures, I updated the C.D. interest through 6/30/14 and re-filed a second-amended report on 7/15/14.
