| Clarification | Per the Board of Elections' instructions, we switched the March 11 obligation from a loan to an obligation, but this put our Q1 balance incorrectly in the negative since the B1 we filed on March 11 for mail we sent out but did not yet pay for counted against our account balance in IDIS. After speaking to the board again, we changed the obligation back to a loan, which triggered this amendment. |
