Clarification	Per the Final Order on Compliant (16 CD 162), the following items were adjusted. As with all current amendments for Jones for State Rep, the following three items were adjusted on all current amendments: 1.) The Jones Foundation should be using the following address: PO Box 243 South Holland, IL 60473. This was updated. 2.) Citizens for Thaddeus Jones should be using the following address: 289 Paxton Ave. Calumet City, IL This was updated. 3.) The employer for Jones for State Representative (Thaddeus Jones) is the State of Illinois serving as a State Representative. 4.) The check (#1110) written to State Board of Elections on 8/31/16 in the amount of $3,588 which is classified as �Loan made to pay for Fines�. This was not recorded on Citizens for Thaddeus Jones and per Thaddeus, this should be recorded as a loan received. Additionally, there was another $1,900 that was paid on 9/12/16 to the State Board of Elections and that should also be recorded on Citizens for Thaddeus Jones� books as a loan received. Both transactions are being reported as obligations due to Jones for State Representative. 5.) On 8/29/16, the previously filed D2 inadvertently reported a principal payment in the amount of $600 to Thaddeus Jones. It should actually be reported as a transfer out to Citizens for Thaddeus Jones to agree with the transfer in, of which is currently being reported under Citizens for Thaddeus Jones. Additionally, this $600 was removed from �Debts & Obligations� under the 2/29/16 loan. The transfer out was updated to be recorded as a donation to Citizens for Thaddeus Jones. 6.) Similarly, on 8/30/16, the previously filed D2 inadvertently reported two principal payments totaling $500 to Thaddeus Jones ($400 & $100). These should actually be reported as a transfer out to Citizens for Thaddeus Jones to agree with the transfer in, of which is currently being reported under Citizens for Thaddeus Jones. Additionally, $400 was removed from �Debts & Obligations� under the 2/29/16 loan AND the $100 was removed from the 8/19/16 loan. The transfer out was updated to be recorded as a donation to Citizens for Thaddeus Jones. 7.) There were four expenditures that were previously listed as loans to the Chicago White Sox, when in fact should�ve been expended to the Jones Foundation. The dates & corresponding amounts were as follows: 7/11/16-$200, 7/12/16-$832, 7/12/16-$100 & 7/12/16-$100. These expenditures have since been corrected.
