| Clarification | This is an amendment to an A-1 that was submitted 11/16/18, receipt #720799. The check was from Sprinkler Fitters Local 281 in amount of $1,000. When D2 was filed it was found that that check had to be reissued and wasn't actually deposited so it was deleted from the D2 before filed. This is for the new check that was reissued and deposited 1/29/19. I wasn't sure how to amend an A-1 or delete it in system. |
