| Clarification | On March 11, 2020, Citizens for Sara Feigenholtz contacted the bank holding the primary checking account and requested a $5k transfer to Friends of Yoni Pizer. The bank erroneously transferred $25k to Friends of Yoni Pizer. The money was refunded by the bank to Citizens for Sara Feigenholtz in 2 transactions in April, and this is reflected on the Q2 Citizens for Sara Feigenholtz report, filed July 15, 2020. Citizens for Sara Feigenholtz originally reported $15k of the erroneous bank transaction as a "Loan" to Friends of Yoni Pizer on this Q1 2020 report, and this amendment changes that to reflect it was a bank error. |
