| Clarification | We established our organization�s bank account on February 3, 2021 and received a start up donation of $100 from a member of our organization as that was the required amount to open a checking account. The member who filed the D2 for the 1/1/21 - 3/31/21 reporting period was not aware of the $100 donation in our checking account as they did not have access to our bank account information. We realized this mistake after the D2 had been filed, and we deeply apologize for the error. We are submitting this amendment to disclose the $100 individual contribution made on 2/3/21. We are amending Section A1 of the D2. |
