| Clarification | Dear Board, last night (1/18/21) I emailed the WILPOWER D-2 quarterly to the board as a PDF because I did not yet have access to the IDIA website. Today I called the board and received my username and password. With the help of several very wonderful people at the board (Monique, John, Mike) I was able to troubleshoot various issues over the course of the day and learn how to use the IDIS website to add entities, log the itemized, contributions and to generate a report. While I was on the phone with a gentleman from the board of elections earlier today we mistakenly filed a blank report. This report amends and replaces that report. Additionally, after reviewing the PDF sent to the board by email, the PDF is inaccurate. It appears to have merged several names and address. Please consider this report as the amended and final version of WILPOWER's first D-2 filing. I I was informed today that contributions over $1000 made thru ActBlue still require an A-1 form regardless of whether the check has been cashed. When I called board staff today I was told that IDIS would automatically generate theses reports after contributions over $1000 were itemized. Unfortunately, it does not appear that any A-1 forms/reports were generated in connection with this report. Despite trying to troubleshoot this issue myself I cannot figure out where the A-1 forms for contributions over $1000. I will call the board in the morning to try and resolve the issue.
