| Clarification | We are amending our 4th Quarter D-2 by changing the date of the $500 contribution for the People for Mark Luft. IMPAC issued a check on November 17, 2021, that was initially thought to be lost in the mail. That check was replaced by issuing a check on December 27, 2021. The November 17, 2021 check was located and cashed prior to the December check arriving. The December check has been voided and the contribution was actually made by the check dated November 17, 2021 as reflected in this amended D-2. This does not change any of the amounts in our report, just the date of that one contribution. |
