Clarification	Because your instructions are horrible, I amended the report taking out the expenses....shouldn't have done that, so I needed to re-amend the report and file because we have no funds as of May and you are harassing me with mail and I want this nightmare over with. I cannot file a final report until all of the other reports are filed...also stupid...so I am refiling the 2nd Quarter and will need to amend the third quarter and apparently file a -0- report for 4th Quarter before this system will allow me to finalize the committee. This is not very user friendly for those of us who are not career politicians!
