| Clarification | I didn't realize there was a finalized report to file until I got help from one of the people answering email. The process for filing a report is archaic and not user friends or intuitive. Your help isn't very straightforward either. This has been closed as of last May. I happened to look in my email and found emails to report. I have started getting almost daily mailings, so I'm finalizing it now. There is no money left. I'm hoping you can forgive the penalties, etc. |
