| Clarification | This amended report corrects multiple inaccuracies in financial reporting made by the former treasurer. During a review and reconciliation of the committee�s financial records, a longstanding discrepancy of $7,946.75 was identified between previously reported balances and the actual bank account total. The discrepancy appears to have originated under the prior administration or earlier. Available financial records begin in April 2023, when the committee�s bank account was changed. The overage has remained consistent since that time and could not be attributed to any specific transaction. The current administration assumed control of the committee on April 15, 2024. This is the first in a series of amended reports (Q2�Q4 2024) filed to bring the committee�s disclosures into alignment with verified financial records. The final reconciliation of the historical discrepancy will appear in the amended Q4 2024 report. |
